Returns + Exchanges

At Aurello Fashion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

2. Return Process

• Contact us at support@aurellofashion.com with your order number and reason for return.

• You will receive return instructions via email.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges are only offered for the same item in a different size or colour.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
